The steps that I tooked to complete this task was to go in my g-mail in, start to type. We all had an input with each part of the body. We started with the greetings hello or dear sir or madam. We all responded by saying different greetings for different persons. One of my classmates told the class that we should remember you should check back for correct spellings and punctuation before sending emails to persons.
I learnt many good ways to make a productive email to someone. I learnt how to create my own signature in my e-mail. I had many challenges in creating my email signature .I had to ask my good friend Karrie for help in creating my signature for my email. It is very beneficial to me person I learnt how to use a signature and my little personal quotes on my emails. We learnt about digital immigrant and digital native .
I jumped up quickly to say I am a digital immigrant because I am not a fan of the computers and technology devices. As a big man I still have to ask my little niece and cousins for help with my laptop, tablet and even my phone at times. So I labelled myself as a digital Immigrant but training to be a digital native at the end of my two year studies. I will implement what I learnt during this week was that I will let my information technology class know some of the rules to create a productive email message and let them be a well rounded digital native because it is the 21st century and persons will be using digital devices a lot in the world.
